Formation Apartments

I absolutely love living here, great building, apartments look absolutely beautiful and new, small building which I love. The reason why I am giving this place 4 start review is because I think they did a really bad job on the insolation, you can easily hear the smallest noise your neighbors make. If they can fix that this place would be amazing.

PSA - when you give notice that youre not renewing your lease, you can expect them to require a notice to be signed. The notice will add fees that override what your lease says about cleaning fees.

My coworker recommended this property after she was incentivized to renew her lease for another year. I came in to tour and couldnt get anyones attention for at least 15 minutes. When I did get a womans attention I wasnt sure she even worked there no specifics on price or sizes available and no mention of the move in specials. When I returned to work my coworker mention she hadnt received her incentive and was getting the its in the mail response. Or no response at all. Guess its gone downhill from when it was shiny and new and the staff was happy to be there. So no thanks Ill pass

These apartments are pretty new and very clean compared to some others I had toured which is why I was initially impressed with them. However, I have been here for 3 months and absolutely cannot stand how poorly made the walls and ceilings are. I can hear my next door neighbors so clearly that I cannot fall asleep when their tv is on most nights or even when they are just talking at a reasonable volume. They are not being loud but it feels like were in the same room from how clearly I can hear them through these thin walls. Ive woken up in the middle of the night several times because of this and now have to sleep with earplugs. My upstairs neighbors sound like they are on rollerblades or just excessively vacuuming the same spot for a few hours everyday. I really wish the quality of the building lived up to the appearance.

I moved back Arizona from SD and was looking at a few different places in Scottsdale. Picked Formation due to the views of my apartment and how nice the complex is. I've had so many friends comment on how nice the lobby is. I never had any major issues living here and the minors ones I had were taken care of quickly. Nathaniel has always been on the ball in questions or concerns I've shared.
