I recently moved units in this building and Ive lived there for a little over 2 years. We have a new management company at the building and they are amazing. Highly recommend this place - great location and great staff. Separately - I had Jaime and Juan help with a maintenance request and they completed everything immediately. Great service!

Ive been a resident for almost 8 years. Have seen many GMs come and go. The property was heading south fast. Rules werent being enforced, dirty hallways, lack of responsive personnel etc etc. I actually gave notice last fall and reconsidered when Victor with a Mark Taylor came aboard. Not only has Victor cleaned house from top to bottom (literally) he has reinstated a sense of class thats expected in a luxuryproperty. His team from the front desk to Juan at maintenance are always polite and professional. If possible Id give Victor 6 stars and the building construction quality a 3 or 4 so Ill average up at 5 stars.
