one north scottsdale has been special to me , i have been here 10 years, it is a place where i have been treated great , my nieghbors are nice and the property has been well kept as well as the unit . The office has been great ask gladis shes spectacular and she will always help and prue is a great manager one north looks well kept and our events are awesome, maintenance is great angel and hes team is on it , i dont even have to change a light bulb. thankyou alex , angel hes team and the office.

My husband and I lived here for a few years. The price increased the first time by almost couple hundred dollars and the second time a few hundred dollars more, Either way, it would have been worth it, but like the other reviews state, the place is loud, the walls are thin, and if you want to be sent to collections for an amount you dont owe, always paid our rent in time, not once ever late. Had all the times and events documented when we contacted the office in regards to our neighbor, that they were loud and making our stay miserable. Documented since we moved till we moved out. Gave our letter and supporting documents. The office did not care, they broke the lease by not providing a quiet environment. Yet, they said we did. We placed our notice we were moving out, and they even had a tenant before we turned our keys in and still charged us two months' rent and supposedly a cleaning fee as we left the place spotless. Horrible place don't sign the contract it's only a contract you have to follow they don't. Renter beware!!!!

Always well kept and inviting. I appreciate the common areas being maintained because I walk my dogs a lot, and Prue the manager just hosted a Dog event where they got pup cups! Definitely a great place to be if you are looking in the area!
