Bellagio

I have been living at this complex since November 25th of 2022. I absolutely love everything about it. From the size of the rooms to the wonderful staff im glad i chose Bellagio. I have looked at a ton of apartments in the Phoenix area and these apartments have one of the biggest room sizes and most beautifully manicured landscapes. I'm even more impressed with the maintenance staff here. Matthew, Doug and Adam are absolutely the most professional and nicest people I have met. I have never felt inconvenienced with them, they always make sure I'm happy with the work they do, I'm always kept up to date and they even know me by name. We love living here, it's been a great experience so far.

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community with a pool. Everything was so beautiful where I stayed for 5 years. The office/maintenance staffs were extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.

I came in and toured the property with Eryn. She was very nice and professional! I liked that I felt welcomed to the property and what my needs are that I was looking for! Diana was also very nice and welcoming! Eryn showed me the model and explained the other floor plans to me. If Bellagio was more in my price range I would have loved to move in. The property looks very well taken care of and beautiful! Thank you very much for the warm and inviting tour of your property!

I live at The Bellagio apartments and I love it. Very nice complex, beautiful pool/spa and work out room. They do events in the clubhouse where we can meet our neighbors which is really cool. The office staff, Diana and Eryn are phenomenal. They truly want us all to have a great living experience. The maintenance staff is exceptional. Everything is done right away. Staff is very respectful. I would definately recommend this place to live.
