Proof delivers exactly what you'd expect from a Four Seasons restaurant. From the time you're seated by the host to the amazing service and delicious food, look no further if you're in the North Scottsdale area for a fabulous dining experience. Autumn our server was delightful and very knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance is spectacular and the natural beauty of Pinnacle Peak surrounds you.

The Proof Canteen at the Four Seasons was a nice stop for breakfast and lunch. While not the highest end restaurant at the resort it had good food and good service. One thing to note, their smoked meat was a bit on the dry side. Accessibility Very accessible to all patrons except for tall bar seating.
