Our ac went out. Jeremy came by and did a temporary fix and got it up and running. Our unit was 22 years old and decided to get a new Ruud unit. Installation was professional and the crew was friendly.

We had a great experience from the women answering phones to Jeremy to the installers and Chad, their electrician! Great service! Went the extra mile as our daughter doesnt regulate her body temperature. There were nothing but upper 80s and even 90s in the next ten day forecast, they did what they could to expedite their services! We are grateful!

I researched a great HVAC company to install a by-pass humidifier and decided to try Bascom's Air Conditioning & Heating because they were recommended by neighbors and they received great reviews. I received a quick email back from Marla with a quote and was able to get me scheduled fairly quickly. Adam was my tech and he was very professional and knew what he was doing. I had some weird wonky things with my furnace that prevented him from doing the job the first time but once my furnace issue was resolved, I scheduled Adam to return to install the humidifier. He did it quickly and made sure everything worked the way it's supposed to. He was very patient to explain the various things I need to pay attention to to have a long lasting system. I am very happy with the install and the folks from Bascom that I encountered. I would definitely recommend Bascom's Air Conditioning & Heating L.L.C. for all my future HVAC needs.

Had a leak in my tenant's Central Air Unit. so I called Bascom's Air. Joseph arrived on time and was extremely helpful in assessing what was wrong with the unit. He eventually discovered that a collection of dust and cat hair was responsible for causing a clog on the water drain pipe which caused the leak. He was very professional and courteous and the price for him to repair was very reasonable. I will continue to seek the services of Bascom's Air for my future needs regarding my central air units.
