Bill has filed my taxes for decades now, with the patience of a saint as many of those early years (let's just say) I was not entirely organized! Bill is SO knowledgeable, calm, kind, and will go the extra mile for you! Gail, his office manager, is also wonderful to work with! She keeps things moving along and is very responsive! bill arnold has been my accountant in business aspects since 2001, bill has helped me through so many challenges in my business with solid tax advice, and has been a great mentor to me in my business and personal finances. In 2017 I had a audit with the government be held my hand and took point position in getting me the absolute most optimal outcome. I cannot recommend Bill enough if you need a down to earth, reasonable, and personable accountant for personal or business tax needs
