I'm a former client of 10 yrs referred to Taryle from a former Business advisor who has also left their firm. If you want disorganization, lack of ownership & communications, and lack of professionalism - this firm is for you. If you are a highly busy small business owner and you can't afford disruptions or don't have the time to follow up on your CPA 5 times to answer 1 email across 2 months, or are a women business owner who feels she should receive the same respect and service as a man, this firm is also not for you. The other female reviewer below, Stephanie's experience, was also mine, just times ten. One would think that a client of your firm for 10+ years would receive excellent service - not so. In my experience, and, reiterated here by reviewers, there is a pattern of treating women business owners differently then male business owners. They would treat my husband entirely different than me, to the point I couldn't get questions answered for what I needed despite emailing over and over for help & being disregarded, and, would have to ask my husband to step in and they would answer him, costing me time I don't have. I wasted countless hours "project managing" their team to get answers needed to emails not responded to. At least two times they did to us what they did to Stephanie where our taxes got filed late and we incurred fees. Other times we had our materials in on time and they would still take months to file our taxes and insisted they had to be filed late. One time they never filed our taxes and they expected us to incur the late fees for their mistake. One time their office didn't bill us correctly for our taxes a prior year and they attempted to bill us a year and a half later. The last few years service quality has gone down a lot. On one of the calls an elderly man asked for an update on when his taxes would be filed b/c they were filing his late and one of the staff spoke down to him on a group customer call I was horrified, he just said "you'll just need to wait b/c we have a lot of people waiting other than you" it was such an inappropriate way to handle his concern, so as a long time customer I emailed the owner to bring it to his attention what I observed, and I didn't even receive a reply acknowledging my email - mindblowing. In 15 years of business, I have never not acknowledged a customer email. This year my husband was going through not ONE but FIVE back to back surgeries for 6-7 months, & I was trying to get our tax status changed while he was not available. I requested they assist us to communicate to the IRS to change our tax status. For months the letter sent to the IRS wasn't received & thought lost. I asked for their help, but received none and spent months trying to resolve the issue with the IRS. I was told by their firm at first they would call into the IRS with me, then they blew me off, for months they failed to respond to my emails asking for assistance as I tried to move the issue forward to complete it, I'd try to reach people at the office, they'd ignore my calls - I was told finally by them "well it's not a big deal if the IRS doesn't ever get it, we'll just file next year" or another time the owner said "focus on your new business" blowing off my request for help. I ended up doing all the work myself to get to the IRS Entity department to bring this to resolve, and, come to find out after being blown off by multiple people at Tarlye from March to Sept, that the letter they sent to the IRS in March for us was done incorrectly by them & got sent back to me by Sept refused. Which is astounding as they even tried to tell me if I wanted help at one point, that I needed to pay them to speak to someone. When I brought the error to their attention in Sept, shocking, both the team & owner took no ownership for the error, or the time, money & cost loss his team's error cost our business nor apologized, again disregarding me as a woman owner. Needless to say, we never got our tax entity changed, and, we fired their firm. I hope they choose to make changes in how they do business.

Easy to work with and get things done in a timely matter . They always answer all my questions . Warren , Cameron, Sean and Darby are the best . Very courteous and knowledgeable staff .

I have been using this accounting firm for the past few years and could not be happier with their results. I was referred to them by another real estate investor from N. Carolina and have seen this firm recommended on Paul Moore's website as well. They are extremely knowledgeable of real estate tax law and I highly recommend them!
