        Waited longer than expected, pretzel torn up and put in bag, missing sauces, and they put a cinnamon flavor with a garlic one instead of putting the garlic with the regular flavor. Is there no management there to look at quality!?

        Ok I've never had a problem but lately i have last few timews they didnt have any ready. Went yesterday Nov 2 at 5:30 pm and the girl had nothing made. She said I can wait about 5 or 6 minutes and she can make some. It wasn't busy and she had the time to have them made and ready its rediculous that people can't do a simple job when its not busy instead of wandering around looking lost. I went to QT instead and and had pizza and pretzels.
