    Seems like the people working are half asleep everytime I go there. Or if it's late they are always in the middle of the system reboot or something. How many times is the reboot necessary? And ill add that it's not at the same time of day/hour that I am talking about when it's late. New, additional comments- The frappe machine is always "being cleaned". This is extremely frustrating for me because I order on the app and go to pick up and they tell me the machine is being cleaned. Well then I feel that somehow I should have been notified that before I drove all the way there to pick up my order and then it's not available. I mean if I put in the order on the app, then had to drive there and wait to go to drive thru, they should have either got the machine up and going or the app should notify me before I drive there. Also! Two times I used my free frappe coupon on the app and went to pick up and the machine was being cleaned. I was told there was no way to get some sort of raincheck because I used my free coupon to get it and now my coupon has been used and I didn't receive the item. The coupons are because of points I have accumulated not just a bonus so I did my part to get them. Anyway this morning I went and all the same issues came up as always so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came to window and told me there was nothing they could do to accommodate me for my coupon. This is why I'm so frustrated because now I have lost out on 3 of the coupons I purchased with my points and not even the manager could figure out some way to help. She said "well I guess come back later because I'm off in an hour " umm right and thanks again for your accomodation and your excellent management skills.

    On several different occasions this location has not been up to par, forgetting items I've ordered getting orders incorrect and on top service is extremely slow

    Im surprised health department is not on top of this location or even got some one calling it on them. Every chair, table and floor was so dirty that I had to clean my own table to have breakfast. There was like 10 people on floor annd lobby was empty and no one even bothered to clean the lobby. Also they take the containers back to their kitchen after the customer had its hands all over it. They forgot my sausage that I ordered with my pancakes and they literally took the plate and just opened it and added the sausage I know for a fact thats against health code!! She didnt even wash her hands after to bag other food. My food with dry.

    I have very low expectations for McDonald's in general, and yet, the location in Sahuarita manages to disappoint every single time. The service is terrible and the drive thru wait time is ridiculous. Tonight I was stuck in it for 30 minutes only to be told that no one bothered to clean the ice cream machine that day, so there was no ice cream, but there was also no way to get out of the line and they are so slow that 5 cars took 30 minutes to get through. Wish we had more options down here but we don't.
