        Understaffed and poorly managed. There is never a notary available and bank clients are referred to outside sources for assistance. This is dismal customer service.

        Left work early to make it to the branch in Sahuarita, AZ by 5:00 p.m. I arrived and the doors to the lobby were closed at it was only 4:50. Ended up going thru the drive thru but am confused since the sign on their door states 9:00-5:00.

        In a pandemic, with several accounts with them, they're making CASH TRANSACTIONS OUT OF GROCERIES OR GAS! Ridiculous!
