        I tried to clean the EGR valve on my sprinter myself. Couldn't get it off so I took it to them. They couldn't get it off and recommended that I take the vehicle to the dealer. However, I lost all my coolant within 3 miles of leaving the shop. I called them back, explained what happened, and asked if they would pay for the tow since they rendered it un-driveable. They said no. It's just bad business to break something and not take ownership for it. At least they didn't charge me Service: Exhaust
