Trying to report an extremely reckless driver to this company was absolutely one of the worst experiences of bad customer service I've ever had. First, let me tell you what I tried to report and still have not been able to successfully: I witnessed one of their drivers attempt to pass another semi-truck on highway 191 southbound to Morenci, AZ in the Black Hills in a no-passing zone, around a 100% blind curve. Of course, right when the CTI driver entered oncoming traffic, there was oncoming traffic and the poor family in the oncoming vehicle had to swerve onto the shoulder as to not have a head-on collision with a semi-truck carrying explosives for the mine. This also caused the truck that was being passed to swerve onto the shoulder to make more space and it caused me and the person behind me to have to almost come to a stop on the highway to ensure that we did not become involved in what surely would have been a fatal crash. Now, trying to report this gross incident of incompetent driving, I called the CTI Safford terminal. An older man answered the phone, "Hello?!" Me: Hello, is this CTI? Him: Yes! Me: I'd like to report an extremely reckless driver Him: Okay here's this number, (some number I no longer have) Me: Well, is there a supervisor present that I can talk to right now? Him: It's the number I gave you! (Hangs up) I still haven't been able to report this incident to anyone because no one answers the phone when I tried calling (several times) the number that was given to me. This review is my last attempt to get that driver off the road so that he doesn't put other people in danger for no reason. And to top it off, there was a passing lane coming up in less than one mile, but this driver just could not wait that long.
