We relocated into the gila valley and didnt know the area. I am a realtor myself, but know the value of having someone represent you that knows the area and the business. We went with Kristen Player at Keyhole and she was fantastic. She was on-the-ball and knew her stuff. She is a great negotiator and works well with other agents, lenders and inspectors. She was quick to respond and if she wasnt going to be available for some reason, she let us know and her broker was made available to us. We highly recommend Kristen and this brokerage.

We moved from Glendale and love the realtor we had there and thought by moving to Safford we would have to settle, but Raena was absolutely amazing to work with! We contacted three different agencies in the area, and Raena got back to us within seconds of sending the email- and it was Thanksgiving day! It was great to work with a realtor that was knowledgeable, but humble, and assertive on our behalf, but not the least bit pushy toward us. Raena went above and beyond to show us homes via video while we were still in Glendale, she worked with my parents during our inspection because we werent here to do it ourselves, and her consistent communication kept us in the loop and worry-free during an otherwise stressful move.
