His prices are fair and I can tell he isnt all about the money and more interested in helping people. He helped me with my divorce and child support case when I got divorced. Jeremy let me down in my divorce case. He was always preoccupied with other cases and failed to meet critical deadlines. He also charged me for hours and services that were not provided. He might be ok for small town representation but he was evicerated in Maricopa County Superior Court by my ex wifes lawyer. Would not recommend for divorce cases.

UPDATE: we won the 2yr war of this mentally and emotionally draining custody case and are able to have my daughter with me during the entire school year. Mom only gets visitation. Thank you Jeremy for all your help in this case. You helping us successfully win jurisdiction allowed us to have the upper hand and ultimately winning the 2yr battle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ========================================== I had reached out to Attorney Waite on an early Saturday morning and naturally being a weekend was sent to his voicemail. I wasnt expecting a call back till Monday at the earliest but to my surprise late Saturday evening that same day I received a call back from Attorney Waite. I was not expecting to hear from him so quickly and it was incredible to me that he would counsel with me regarding my situation for a span of a couple hours. My case is inter-state so it makes for a more complicated scenario for custody hearings. Just from that small gesture he had already shown me his dedication and willingness to fight for my cause. I am so glad I chose Attorney Waite to represent me. Without getting into too much detail he won jurisdiction in my case and was able to stop a court hearing for custody orders from successfully moving forward in Arizona while also convincing the AZ judge to speak to the county judge in Texas where I live to confer on jurisdiction of the order which made all the difference in the world for me because it meant I didnt have to travel to Arizona or deal with Arizona courts, Arizona laws or opposing counsel in Arizona. By winning jurisdiction I was able to also win The temporary order of possession in my county court and we are well on our way to win full custody. None of this couldve happened, well the road wouldve been very difficult had Attorney Waite not won our very first court hearing for us. What to expect from Attorney Waite, he gets straight to the point, is highly detailed, asks all the right questions even the questions I never thought about, is respectful, gives you realistic expectations and is always in good communication.with you. He might not be available when you call or text but you better believe he will make an attempt to call you back no matter the time of day so when you see his number pop up you better take that call. I know I have stepped out of meetings and dinner appointments to make sure I take his call. Hes a very busy guy and Im not his only client. He also made some travel arrangements in order to expedite my case. For this, we are truly grateful for Attorney Waite and his team. Thanks to this awesome team my daughter is now safe with me.
