        I was happy until the manager Brenden charged my account double than expected with no notice. I called to find out why, and did not get a timely response. I went to the office . Brenden was very unreasonable and unfair. They should have given me credit for the time the equipment was in derate mode.

        We used United Rental twice, the first time we had no problems with the equipment. The second time the bolts kept breaking off the machine we were using but they were closed on the weekend. On Monday we told them what happened and they went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely use them in the future.

        A contractor working on our property reserved a lift for Friday use. We were told to look for Thursday or early Friday delivery. Instead the device was delivered late Friday afternoon (after several promises of earlier delivery). We live less than 5 miles from the local facility. It was considered on-time if it arrived by 5:30 pm. It is now 10:46 PM MONDAY, and the lift is still on the street in front of our home, blocking the area where we are supposed to put our refuse cans and mail delivery access to our home. A call at 10;25 AM this morning to the local office yielded mostly rudeness and arrogance: the customer had NO say in the scheduling of the drivers for delivery or pickup; and that basically he didn't have to speak to us because we were not really "the customer."
