I opened my first real bank account as of yesterday after 5 yrs, and Im absolutely mind blown. Nicole Sanders was the one to actually handle everything and I swear it was such a blast. It was like Ive known her for years, she never skipped a beat and she was just so fun to deal with. If everyone working could do what she did yesterday, the world would be such a great place. I am so grateful to be treated like a human and have so much fun and I was literally laughing the whole time with her. Thank you so much for such am amazing experience. I highly recommend 10/10

Nothing against the Tellers. But they need 3 Tellers during busy times. One Teller should be for Business Owners like they had in the past. And if Business Owners aren't in line, then help the other Tellers out. Poor Management on Chase Bank. We have more people in the valley these days and not enough Tellers like we had in the past.
