This lady needs to be fired! How many complaints does the post master need to get! She is absolutely the rudest most unprofessional postal employee I've ever dealt with in my 68 years! Will drive to globe for now on to complete my postal needs. Just to not have to deal with this lady!

The lasy working here is the most un professional person I've ever met. We live in a small community where everyone knows each other. So you would think instead of sending my package back because my name was not spelled right she would just put it in my box. Nope she sends it back then tells me it's not her problem!! What a joke!

New postmaster not only lacks customer service skills, she is outright rude when speaking to her to find packages we had delivered to the Roosevelt post office. She informed us she sends a package back to sender the same day it arrives if it is not picked up by 3:30PM same day without notifying our business. Four deliveries important to operations of our business in the past 3 months never arrived to us (she returned to sender), the sender, our vendor, had tracking and we are out the money because this new female postmaster is incompetent. We miss the former Postmaster!

Doesn't matter if your name is on a package and you bring in your ID... They won't give you your mail. Your mail WILL get lost here $200 I can never get back. 5 pairs of shoes and magic the gathering cards. Kept telling me I needed a pink slip. I needed a po box. She put the slip in someone else's box and they took my package. So whoever's has size 10 womens lepard print heels in black. I know. Finally got a po. Box and I have gotten others peoples mail from the area
