I called a few companies to get some estimates on a small leak with my toilet, I came across Majesty plumbing and spoke to Jeff. He was very professional and personable over the phone. He managed to make time in his busy schedule and get me on the books within 24hours. Came to the house and managed to fix the problem within an hour and was very helpful. What should have been a simple repair turned into broken parts and the professionals needed to be called in to help. Being new to the area, I searched Google and came across Majesty Plumbing LLC. Their dispatcher was very friendly and was able to get me on the schedule asap. She was thorough with questions to make the repair quick and easy. I received a text letting me know the technician was on their way. They were right on time! It was the little details I appreciate, using shoe coverings, explaining what was going to be done, professional and clean plus friendly. My shower was repaired and tested.
