Messed my taxes up so bad I've been dealing with it for over a year now. I came to them because this year I decided a little professional help might be better than doing it myself. I regret it so much it makes me sick to my stomach. They said they fixed the issue within 30 days so my piece of mind claim was denied, but I found the issue and I made the right choice to get it fixed and I'm paying dearly for it. I don't do reviews very often, but I will keep reviewing this place when I have the chance. The lady that did this isn't taking any responsibility and she was very very unprofessional. At least a lesson was learned. Luckily someone at the claim center is opening my claim back up and trying again.
