        Don't expect to have access to your stuff. Several times over the last 2 months my code keeps getting turned off. They leave an emergency number, however nobody ever answers that either. Very frustrating when you can get to your belongings.

        Location is good! 24 Hr access is nice. Difficult at times to get a hold of management which is frustrating. Sub par facility with leaking roof that got my boat very dirty when combined with all the dust! Did not feel the covered parking provided adequate protection against the elements. Prices continually increasing without any improvement in the facility. Pot holes, unpaved roads. Tolerable when price were low... as prices increase it is no longer worth the cost for sub par storage. Moved to better facility.

        Gate does not open. Happens often. DO NOT USE. 24 hour access is not true regardless of what they say. I called the after hours emergency line and no one answers. Good news your items are secure. So secure you cant get them in or out. I have two spaces and will be leaving once they actually open the gates.

        I agree with all the above once they sold they dont answer calls as a matter of fact number doesnt go through. Emailed them gave a 30 day notice as of March 1, 2024 no response still can not get a hold of them they are horrible. You want business then act like a business!!

        I'd give zero stars if that was possible.. having cameras as security and locked gates with codes doesn't help if nothing works. Our trailer was stolen from this "locked, secured facility".
