We tried the app for the first time and this will probably be the last time we go to this Subway. 5/12/23 subs were said to be ready at 7:15pm. It even said that they were ready on the App. We went at 7:15 and they hadnt even started. Now 7:30 and they started to make them then stopped to help another customer. When we got them home the Subs were made with wrong bread and one was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and hardly any meat and next to NO cheese. Do not recommend this subway. Do better.

I placed an online order and when I arrived the store was closed. The business hours on Subways website and on Google both show the store was open for another hour after I arrived. The employee I spoke with stated that they were unable to issue me a refund. The phone number for this location doesnt work. When I called the store to work this out with management it immediately went to a prerecorded message stating that the voicemailbox had not been setup yet. This location will happily take your money without providing a product and then make you jump through hoops of fire to get your money back.

ms patel is single-handedly one of the WORST subway employees i have even encountered. she does not produce good product, she's forgetful, she is unkind to her coworkers and she does not know how to properly interact with customers? she's extremely dismissive and rude. it's disheartening seeing the way she yells at and argues with her coworkers in front of customers. the worst part about all of this? this isn't the first time i've experienced patels mistreatment!!! in the past i've witnessed her stealing tips from her teenage coworkers. this is a grown woman!!! not only are you a grown woman probably of retirement age working at a subway acting like you own the place when you DONT but you're stealing money from children? really? how much worse could you get?? ms patel is unsociable, rude, inconsiderate a thief and a bully!! she should not be employed at this store. i love coming to this store and interacting with any of the other employees, all of the managers are extremely kind and they've taught their staff this behavior. this store is better without patel!! please get her out of here!!!
