Lindsey has been awesome for my wife and I. We are current renters, soon to be moving out of the Ayrshire Trl home. As we are now relocating out of state. If you're looking for homes for rent. Contact SMR . The rent process was seamlessly easy. They really do take care of their tenants. Our refrigerator went out last summer and not even three days later lowes was at our front door with a new one. Sad to leave this house. Highly recommend.

Im giving a shout out to Lindsay ! Every time I have called with an issue whether she answer your not she gets back with me promptly and when my AC broke, I called her about 3 to 5 times in one day and she responded to each one of those phone calls and was friendly each time. I cant say how much I really appreciate this customer service !

I was a renter with Southwest Mountain Realty for 8 years. I was always on time with my rent. I always made sure everything was taken care of. I had the agent even come out and do a renters check to ensure I was taking good care of the house. Her response was, This is one of the best homes I have been in. You take very good care of the home and keep it clean. When I moved in there was a few items I was concerned about. I did write my concerns down. I also did send in request with the portal to have items fixed due to regular were and tear of the home. When I moved out I cleaned the house. Everything was washed with soap, water and well as bleach. Floors were mopped and all bathrooms cleaned. I also had added bedroom lights in all the bedrooms due to not having any when I moved in. I also added additional shelves in all the bedrooms and the pantry. I did not shampoo the carpets due to them being over 15 years old and nails coming thru the entrance to each room. The carpet I cleaned monthly with my own personal carpet cleaner. The carpet needed to be replaced due to it being so old. I moved out and got a bill for over $1300 worth of items they claim I have to pay for. This agency has been a joke. Not a professional company at all, I have dealt with at least 5 different manager. To me it looks like they are not able to keep a steady staff. If you look at the reviews it is from renters who are 3-9 months in. I rented from them for 8 years and it was a pain and they were extremely rude! During COViD they increased the rent even when it was advised not to. I would not rent from them.
