Out of all the repair quotes I got, Valley Plumbing spent the time to thoroughly explain the quote and what might go wrong, allowing me to choose a repair choice with knowledge. In addition to outlining what needed to be fixed, They also went over all available repair alternatives, necessary procedures, and associated expenses in detail.

Valley Plumbing relocated the Atmos mainline from the back alley to the front easement and installed new gas lines throughout our home. They were easy to work with, thorough, competent, and timely. Suffice it to say, you never know what you are going to find when substantial repair is done on our 1929 house. There were a few small problems, but Jacobs provided us with multiple options on how to handle each one. Let's just say that if we ever need plumbing work again, Valley Plumbing will be our first choice.

Natural gas disruptions have been occurring in my neighborhood in northwest Dallas for the past few weeks. I was lucky enough to have Valley Plumbing sent to our house, one of the numerous businesses/contractors working for Atmos Energy to fix and restore residents' gas service. Due to the size of the projectwhich involved installing a new gas line from the alley meter to the housethe repairs were completed in a single day. They were really professional, courteous, and communicative with my family and I at that time. They operated with such wonderful efficiencylike a well-oiled machine. They were excellent and truly have a knack for satisfying clients. In the midst of all of this, they gained a new client because I will only use them for all of my plumbing needs.
