Pinky's nails & spa

Unfortunately, my nails were all cracked/ chipping within 6 days. I went back and they said you must be hard with your hands, but said theyd fix the damaged nails which was all of them. I have 3 kids under 3 and no time to go back every week to have nails fixed so I asked if instead of fixing them (basically re doing them) I could just have them removed. When I was done, they charged me $10 for removal. I asked how that made much sense considering they were going to redo all of my dip which wouldve been much longer, and the man that sits up front in the first chair had a very sour attitude and argued with me. Its $10 so not a big deal, but the principle was what bothered me. The funny part is, my friends and I were in maybe 3 weeks prior, spent $400-500 on 3 pedicures, had the wine they offer, and were treated great. They unfortunately just lost us as customers.

I am PICKY about nail care! They did a wonderful job on my nails and were very flexible when I was running late! Very reasonably priced too. Ill be back! Think I found my place
