Nick was aware our situation where our father had passed away in a different city; when we initially were seeking Realtor representation from his wife, JoBeth Palmer. She unfortunately couldnt not represent us at this exact location in Arizona. He went above and beyond his job description even with no skin in the game and searched out a very competent Realtor that was a neighborhood specialist in my folks subdivision.
