Highly recommend Melissa Gutierrez. She was the perfect guide, taking us through the process of finding our dream home, lining up a top-notch team to take us through the mortgage process and sealing the deal to our satisfaction! Months-long process in which she was always available, always had the answer or worked at finding the answer to all of our questions and requests. Knowledgeable (of course!) diligent, determined, personable and respectful. Great combination! She and the seller's agent worked well professionally which made it easy for us (and I believe, the sellers as well!) in completing the transaction. The mortgage professionals Melissa directed us to were excellent as well...excellent communication and they guided us expertly through the closing process.
