Massages are hit or miss. Getting appointments is a pain and if you are a member you cant book under your membership online. They also charged me massages during Covid and now I cant even get in enough to make up for lost time.

Terrible business ethics. I really hope corporate knows exactly how terrible this facility handles their clients. Even after physically handing the paperwork to the manager of the facility, to cancel the membership, I was still charged. I didn't even use the last two months of my membership because of the terrible service. I made it very clear that they were to charge me for the final two months and cancel the account (paperwork physically handed to them) and I was given all sorts of attitude by the front desk staff because of this. Instead of asking how to make their customer service better, I got an eye roll..... Mind you, this is after I gave them the benefit of the doubt after I was treated poorly (and had to speak to a manager in order to not get charged) for canceling an appointment in less than 24 hours because I was in a motorcycle accident. Do better as a company. This store is garbage.
