We are delighted with our new patio. pergola, and grill! Nick and his crew did a fantastic job and our backyard is totally transformed. Everyone was respectful and very hard-working and we couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend them!

We used Rustic Creek and its sister company Clarity Pools to do a complete backyard remodel. Our old backyard was a mixed up mess of old boulders, various tiles, multi-level ground causing drainage issues, etc. We interviewed many companies and these two were far more knowledgeable and positive than any of the others. Most of our job was landscaping issues. As such, we saw Nick often and he sent the very best crews to demolish, regrade, and transform our backyard into the relaxing oasis we hoped for. We had zero issues with communication and the workers were top notch and super dedicated even through some of the hottest days we had this year. Nick even brought in his small bobcat and helped with demo. I loved watching the cooperation of everyone. Nick made sure all deliveries were on time and made several trips to clear out debris. Ive posted some before and after pictures. It is beyond amazing. Thank you so much!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Poor business practice. Newly installed landscaping. No communication from Nick, Ive reached out to him many times no response from him. I gave up trying to get him to respond. A sprinkler head is not working, I asked him to either replace it or repair it. Also, his crew planted two plants to high above ground the roots were exposed and floppy . I told him the plants are going to die, they did, but not within the 1 month plant replacement policy. He should have replaced the plants. Services: Walkway landscaping, Landscape installations
