Five Guys

Everytime I place an order and it gives me a time for pick up Ive waited at minimum of 10-15minutes in the store. Even got in 10 min later then pick up time to test if that would help and still wait 10-15 min whether on time or not. Havent been here in months decided to try it again and see if it got better and same outcome. Put realistic times on when the food will be ready I shouldnt be watching everyone walking in and ordering in line get their food 20+ minutes after I ordered my food before. Ridiculous

My last Five Guys burger was in IL, so I had to try one in AZ. It didn't disappoint either. The service is very polite and helpful. My order was delivered faster than I remembered, and it was perfectly made to order. The bun has issues if you overload the toppings, but that is what you can expect. The fries were amazing! Just remember that you can always order down a size and many additional fries also end up in the bag. Don't expect this to be a cheap date, as my cheese burger and regular fries came to over $15. But still worth it!!! Kid-friendliness: They do offer a kids menu with a small burger, hot dog and grilled cheese sandwich. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking directly at the entrance door.
