Asking for tips in a drive thru is absurd and putting customers on the spot before ever even getting anything is presumptuous and rude. Tips are for excellent service, and no one should be asked to tip in a drive thru.

Went to try this location for the first time and the girl at the window was just leaning over the counter talking to the car at the window obviously her friend I could hear her whole conversation talking about a guy super loud and swearing had my kid in the car. I waited a good 8 minutes before deciding to drive off. No one came out and they sat there and talked the whole time not caring I was there

Went to order at the walk up and the kid working the register took the order in front but then walked away to make everyones orders. My husband and I waited for the entire time it took them to clear a backed up line at the drive through without even being acknowledgedat the very least he could have greeted us and told us to give them a minute. The girl who came to take our order also told us to move aside without greeting us so she could provide the order ahead of us with their drinks. I understand it gets busy but these kids need to do better job at greeting and transitioning from tasks.also the coffee tasted like they need more training at this location in the nicest way possible.wasnt even worth it.
