Dairy Queen (Treat)

Becareful with this spot, went in for a blizzard waited at the counter for 2 min and an employee walks out from the back of subway wiping his nose with his bare hands and takes my order and guess what Yeah he didnt wash his hands and proceeds to grabing my blizzard cup and spoon , makes my blizzard and hands it too me. My stomach turned upside down quick so not to be rude i grabbed alot of napkins and wrapped my spoon and cup with napkins and partially ate it and tossed the rest never returning!!!!

We were wanting ice cream on a hot day in April. Dairy queen seemed like just the right treat. There was 1 employee taking orders 1 at a time and then making them. Another employee came and asked if she needed help and she refused. There were 2 customers ahead of us with big orders that took a long time to make, but she did not request help. All we wanted was a chocolate coated cone. The waste basket was overflowing and when she threw Tha garbage in that direction it didn't go on, but enter was no move to pick it up or empty it. Very disappointing visit even though the cone was good. P.s. when did they stop shipping cone but just using a scoop to pour it on

I like to stop here on my way out east from time to time. It's never very busy and the staff is always friendly. On my most recent visit I received my order by the time I paid. Stellar service!

My Royal Blizzard didn't have the fudge down the middle and barely any brownie pieces in it. When the employee took off the mixing shield the ice cream ran all over down the side. It was too runny to tip over. She handed it to me that way. Also, she had apparently rinsed her hands while making our blizzards because she was dripping water alm over into our blizzards while handing them to us.

If a DQ sells gift cards they should accept them. The story since November has been , "our machine is messed up" . (But it works for everything else). As a franchise they need to do better.
