Prescott Window Coverings

I am so glad that a friend referred me to Prescott Window Coverings. Leslie came to my house and with patience and creativity, she helped me narrow down my choices until I decided on the most beautiful blinds and shades. When it came time to have them installed, Hayden came over and was so quick, efficient and personable. I was very impressed by his professionalism. Barb in the office assisted me a couple of times with payments. She was sweet and helpful. I cannot wait to buy more window coverings for my house. I will definitely be calling Prescott Window Coverings again.

They eventually got the job done, but it wasn't exactly smooth. Initial visit went as scheduled, though it took an hour to measure and order for a single window. Order was late and it was very difficult to get updates. Product arrived but didn't fit - had to be taken back and adjusted. Installer was very friendly and empathetic. Final product is nice, but overall the process should have been managed better.

We are delighted with the timely return of our window covering. It was easy to set up an appointment for someone to come out and look at our damaged blind. They carefully removed it and took it to be repaired. To our surprise it was back sooner then expected. We highly recommend this awesome company. Polite people answering calls and caring workers that came out to our home.
