        Catherine you are right. This company is sketchy. I returned product per directions on there web site. It has now been 4 weeks since they received the returned product. I have made several phone calls & had to leave messages. They state on there message that they will returned the phone call in less than 4 business hours. They must work less than 1 business hour per week. If I could place a negative star for a rating I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

        This company is very sketchy. First of all, the product I ordered from them was completely ineffective. Second, I returned the product according to their return policy and have yet to receive a credit almost 2 weeks later. My tracking # shows it was delivered, but no one responds to emails or phone messages.
