Scooter's Coffee

This is my 3rd visit , I ordered the same thing , blue raspberry infusion. The first 2 times I ordered it blended and it was very good, super smooth , even better than Dutch bros. Today I was told that they dont blend them. So I received basically a blue red bull with ice for over 6 bucks. Not doing that again. Next time Ill go anywhere else where they are happy to simply blend it!

When your Prescott, AZ store opened we were so excited. When we are traveling we always stop at Scooters because the drinks "were" so good. We drive 8 miles from our home, past Dutch Bros., Human Bean and Starbucks just to get to Scooters. But, the last several stops to get my Carmelicious I was disappointed. Today I came home and added Carmel. Didn't help. Then I found my Salted Carmel syrup. Bingo! It brought flavor to a flat drink. You have changed something in my fav drink. Please go back to your original recipe. Also, you website needs help. Your contact button doesn't work. I hope you get this message. I will try your drinks again sometime to see if you've corrected the quality and taste of Carmelicious. I'm sure I'm not alone. You've lost about 90% from me not visiting your Prescott store. See you in 6 months or so. I am a retired small business owner and hate to see businesses commit suicide by shaving your costs at the expense of your products.
