I chose Rosie as my realtor because when she interviewed,her Presentation was excellent and had great insight to the local market. Because of this I got $50,000 more then I thought my house was going to sell for. She had a great photographer who did a excellent job capturing my home with still and video shots. Rosie is knowledgeable, with great communication skills I found her to have high standards of integrity and honesty. Everything we talked about on the interview she did once she officially represented me and my wife. I would definitely use her again and would highly reacher to anyone in need of a top realtor

Outstanding Professionalism To say that Rosemary helped us would be an egregious understatement. We had been beat up pretty bad already in a volatile housing market . We went through two different agents that left us high and dry multiple times and proved with certainty that we were just Not a priority in a booming market. Then we found Rosemary and it was like an angel dropped from above. Rosemary listened to our needs and wants and Never let us settle for less. She by far is one of the hardest working and most professional people we have met in this industry. Rosemary stuck with us through many failed offers and our frustrations. She encouraged and supported us the whole time and always with an upbeat attitude. At the same time she was tough and fought for us to get the best deal and fit for us . She handled everything from start to finish . Rosemary explained everything in great detail and never let us go without understanding of the things to do and what needed to happen. In the end we obtained exactly what we wanted and needed for our lifestyle and would never had done it without her.
