Paula is extremely knowledgeable about the Prescott area and sold three properties for me simultaneously in the Mountain Club, which is an area with unique properties and quirks which can make marketing a challenge. Paula rose to the occasion and was able to sell my properties quickly at prices that made me very happy! She is a delight to work with, has a wonderful sense of humor and most importantly knows the business inside and out, including the very important point that her contact resources are top notch, from handyman to plumbing to inspectors to lawyers...she is a treasure of local knowledge and connections. She was a fierce representative for my best interest and made herself available to me at all times...she is an agent who actually answers her phone calls herself! And if in a meeting, calls back within a few hours max. At the end of it all, I was so glad to have worked with her and am thrilled at the final result of closing my three home sales in such a short period of time.
