Curious how a property can ask a tenant to vacate the unit theyve leased when the individual hasnt broken or violated the terms of said lease?
Called and spoke with Lori and was not provided a direct answer as to why a 30-day notice was issued other than one roommate complained about the other possessing a registered gun inside the unit (which is legal in Arizona so Im unsure where the problem lies), while the same complaining roommate illegally tattooes customers for money without a license or permission to perform commercial services out of the same unit.
If it is acceptable to terminate an individuals lease because they possess a legal firearm inside their unitand the lease does not directly address the inability to do so while living on the propertythen I suppose once this is taken to court I will find out Ive wasted my time and money on a fruitless endeavor. However, if we are to avoid that, the broker Kim Thorn should find a way to address this issue taking place at the units on Gail Gardner Way asap since there doesnt seem to be a feasible way for tenants to contact her directly.
