Bernie was recommended by a friend that relied on Bernie when buying a house site unseen. My wife and I had bought and sold 9 houses over the last 15 years while being relocated for work. We have used relatives as buyers agents, neighbours, and relocation experts. Bernie has a whole different level of knowledge, commitment, service, etc. His knowledge of Prescott and the various neighborhoods was impressive. In all our house buying experiences we never had an agent as prepared as Bernie. As a buyer you wont find a better agent. He really pays attention as learns your tastes and focus points.
I couldnt give an agent a higher recommendation than Bernie!

I've known Bernie for several years now and when I went to list my property he was one of two calls I made. He saw me to close and truly went 'above and beyond' a few different times. He rolled up his sleeves and helped me with things I believe a lot of realtors would not have and it made a large difference in our relationship throughout the listing and for our relationship afterwards. I would use him again and appreciate his work ethic and knowledge.

We have bought and sold 6 homes over the years and Bernie Doyle is by far the best realtor that we have ever worked with. He is honest, detail oriented, excellent at keeping in touch, and really cares about his clients. With our recent house sale, we had already moved out of state and so weren't available locally to handle things. Everything appeared to be going fine and then right before closing the Buyer's loan had issues. The Buyer's agent did nothing to help but fortunately we had Bernie there looking out for us or the sale would have probably fallen through. For the two extra weeks (and 4 postponed closing dates!) it took to close the deal, Bernie stayed on top of the entire process and was in daily communications with all parties involved. We felt so grateful to have Bernie there taking care of things for us! And somehow, he always managed to stay calm and have a great sense of humor which helped us to relax. The real test of an agent is how they handle the deals that go wrong and Bernie really came through. If you want to work with the very best, give Bernie Doyle a call.

Bernie Doyle was the realtor who sold our relative's house in Prescott. We were out-of-town sellers. Bernie worked diligently to sell the house quickly at the best possible price. He thoroughly explained the forms and processes required in Arizona. He negotiated to our great satisfaction the selling price, inspection repairs, and the financing appraisal. Throughout the time, Bernie kept us all informed. We recommend him highly. We were very pleased with his work. Rohrer Family
