Doug Bunch Group Exceeds Expectations! We listed our parents' home with the Doug Bunch Group and could not have been more delighted! Laurel Tally gave us an honest appraisal and was extremely responsive to all our concerns. She always thought ahead to the next step and guided us smoothly through the purchase process. Because we live out-of-state we occasionally asked for personal favors, like measuring a piece of furniture, and she cheerfully did so. She provided names of contacts for other professionals, like window cleaners and liquidators. On the rare occasions when Laurel was not available her partner, Katlyn, stepped in seamlessly. Working with the Doug Bunch Group was a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

The Doug Bunch Group, most especially our agent, Kaitlyn Tucker, went above and beyond in helping us find our perfect retirement home. During our visit to Prescott, (one of the areas we had on our list to explore in our search for a great place to retire) Kaitlyn searched for homes that met our expectations until finally finding that one special home that really "wowed" us. She was always available and responsive to all our questions, most knowledgable about required documents, inspections and complete process from initial offering through the negotiation of final purchase and closing. I highly recommend the Doug Bunch Group; can't think of anything else they could have done to make our relocation to Prescott more complete! We are Fans, thank you !
