Amazing Realtor with knowledge and heart Kari and Troy did everything right! They patiently guided and supported us as we looked at multiple homes only to eventually give up on buying as we hadn't found the right home and were uncertain how the market would trend. When we again decided to buy a home, we reached out to them again. They had kept us in their mailing list. Kari and Troy were knowledgeable about all aspects of buying, and when we ran into a lender glitch, they rose up, called the lender, advocated and solved that issue. Of course we used them to then sell our home. Again, they accomplished this with care and responsive expertise in a fluid market. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend Kari Cook and Troy Cook.

Troy and Kari were wonderful agents to work with. They made what could have been a stressful event into a very calm and exciting experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of during the process as well as after receiving the keys. They are a top notch team and I would not hesitate to use them in any future endeavors. In summary, we went in looking for a house and ended up with not only a wonderful home but some good friends!! I went with a very good friend of mine who does cattle dog herding and agility training with her dogs, to co-pilot on the drive and just observe the process. The people here know their stuff; it was quite evident in how they worked with the dog owners, the dogs and in the results of the training sessions.

We can't say enough good things about our realtors, Kari and Troy Cook. They were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home-buying process. They helped us find other experts who were able to help us answer roofing, foundation and finance questions. They were supportive and encouraging as we encountered hurdles in the path to our closing. We now know them as friends in our new city.
