2nd time working with Heidi - 5 stars. This was our second transaction with Heidi within 2 years. Obviously we were happy with that home purchase, since we chose to work with her again. This go around was totally smooth and seamless, especially since we chose to work with the lender Heidi recommended. (Kathy from VIP mortgage, I highly recommend Kathy alongside Heidi!) Heidi knows Prescott. She knows the ins and outs and is incredibly fair, honest, forthright while just a pleasure to work with. Her communication is outstanding, her baseline is ABOVE AND BEYOND. She tracks everything, is meticulous in her documentation and the vendors she has referred to us have always been top notch. Very grateful to have been introduced to Heidi. She has integrity and gave us great guidance. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give her 10 stars...I would in a heartbeat.
