Hey there Terenia! I must say I’m a little shocked to see a review like this as I cherish the relationships we foster with our clients. We stand behind the work we do and the manner in which we do it. I’m appalled that one of my clients doesn’t feel safe enough to come to me with this issue. Im sorry you feel that you were charged for a break. I have no idea what situation this complaint is pertaining to as you didn’t say anything to us which is a bummer because I pride myself and my company on our ability to leave people feeling satisfied by problem solving along side one another throughout the treacherous process of auto repair/maintenance. I would also like to mention that all jobs done are based on the manufacturers specified book time. We create an estimate based on that time, and in most cases we do not charge more than the quoted price, even if time goes over. The only situation that would lead to us charging more than the quoted price would be if there was an unforeseen circumstance that led to much more work/ time/ parts than was originally expected. In that case we would give you a call and be very transparent in what was going on. I can guarantee that you were not charged for our break. I would be more than happy to discuss this further over the phone or in person. The bottom line is, if there’s a problem, we solve it. That’s what sets my company apart. I’m left feeling very confused and downhearted about this comment. I would really appreciate you reaching out so we may remedy any problem or miscommunication there may have been. Thank you. -Scott
