Shawn picked up my 84 year old mom inside the Phoenix airport and brought her to our door in Talking Rock. She rode in a Lincoln Town car and felt like a celebrity. She said the best part was that Shawn never made her feel nervous. We will use Willis next time we go to the airport, and highly recommend them!

I had the absolute best experience using Willis Sedan Service during a recent trip to Prescott Valley, AZ. The normal shuttle I used for these trips had been steadily going down hill, so I sought a new way to go from Phoenix Airport to PV, AZ. The reviews were very good, so I made my reservation through Shawn (the owner). There was great communication all the way up to when I left for my trip.  Where Willis really stood out was when I was delayed multiple times in getting out of Houston due to Imelda.  Shawn was very understanding and assured me I would have a ride available when I arrived. Both my rides to and from Prescott Valley were in clean, well maintained cars with professional drivers who's main concern was my comfort. This experience was worth every penny I paid.  I will absolutely use this service every time I travel to AZ and highly recommend them to all.

We have been using Willis Sedan for almost a year From Prescott with frequent trips to sky harbor airport and couldn't be more pleased. They offer personalized service from pick up to drop off. They monitor our flights and adjust their schedule for flight delays, cancellations and immediately respond to our communications. We have also used them for a day to Jerome for touring . They are professional and dependable with a variety of comfortable vehicles that are meticulously clean. After a long day of travel it is a welcomed sight to see Shawn or his drivers greeting us in baggage claim to drive us home. Thank you Shawn and your staff for outstanding service!

My wife and I have used Willis Sedan Service on several occasions. I can only echo the outstanding recommendation that have been written about Willis Sedan Service. The quality and professionalism of the drivers is outstanding, we were driven by Vic and Sean. Their vehicles are spacious and very clean. For an on-time pick-up and delivery Willis Sedan Service is the best. I would not hesitate to recommend using Willis Sedan Service as a chauffeur service.
