        Used to love this place, but since Frank and Sarah left it has gone down hill in such a short period of time. Nobody answers the phone. If you call everyday and leave a message they still dont get back to you. You cant get in for an appointment for months to review a cat scan or an X-ray. Dont waste your time.

        I was in need of a new primary care provider so I thought I would give this a shot. I was assigned a provider by the name of Regina Johnson FN-P. I will just say it was a horrible experience for both myself and my wife. I wouldn't recommend this clinician to treat anyone. I left a similar review on the YRMC website and received no response from them so I can surmise they weren't interested in elaboration of the concerns that I had. UPDATE: 07/29/2020 - To ensure due diligence, I reached out and called the confidential hotline twice over a period of two weeks and gave them all of the requested information to have them call back. They have not returned my calls.
