I called in response to a voicemail message about a prescription, it was about 5 min until 4pm when I called I was told there were 2 people ahead of me. When it was my turn I got as far as giving my BD when my call was dropped, I called back right away and they were closed. I have NEVER had a call dropped until today, I should have been taken care of. my opinion is that the phones automatically shuts down when it is 4pm. What happened to customer service?

I am very happy with YRMC gastro dept after years of inferior care in N Cal. I have been going to see Dr Joshua for 3 years now. He is a very good listener and has helped me get many of my digestive issues figured out and relieved. The staff is helpful and appointments have always been on time. Thank you for the excellent care Dr Joshua!

Very hard to get through to a live person. When you call, an automated message says they are busy assisting other patients and to hang up and call again later. There isn't even an option to stay on hold. I would recommend going to Dr. Verma in Avondale instead. They answer the phone and you can get an appointment right away.

On time, answered all questions and was scheduled with in a month for procedure.

I have been going here for years trying to find out what's wrong with me. Doctor Joshua has taken very good care of me since he's become My GI doctor. Today after many tests he's finally found out what's wrong with me. I thank Doctor Joshua with all my heart for his continued dedication to find out what's wrong with me and his dedication to my health. Thank you Doctor Joshua.
