The whole office would be great if you took out the people who work the front desk no sense of customer service skills. One of them asks you something, you answer and the other person starts laughing for no reason. -Made me feel like I was being laughed at or said something wrong-. Really loud about their "private conversations", like it's a children's Drs office... This isn't the first time, been going there for more then 2 years and still the same attitude.

I take my autistic son here. They have done wonders with him and adapt to his needs. The staff here have helped us so much. Thank you!

Where do I start.. I called to schedule my sons 1 year well check which was in November they told me they had nothing available until December 10th then I realized the 10th of December passed and I never received a phone call to confirm or cancel I then call the office to see what happened and they said they just canceled the appointment without my consent.. since I had them on the phone i went ahead and rescheduled once again they had nothing till today January 25th, his appointment was scheduled for 10:30 we arrived at 10:05.. We were then put in a room and werent seen until 11 it was ridiculous then it took 20 min for a nurse to come in and give my child his vaccines.. and dont even get me started on trying to get a sick visit for my child.. they never answer the phone, they send you to the nurses line and you have to leave a message and then wait to get a call back.. I do not recommend ponderosa pediatrics or seeing Jeanne Gibian .. she was very rude and judgmental thats all I will say about her.
