Raskin's Jewelers

I brought my Mom in to the store to have a couple of links removed from her watch and leave a bracelet for repair. We were greeted warmly by Pat and she helped Mom with writing up the bracelet repair. The watch repair gentlemen (sorry, I didnt get his name) was so kind and pleasant with my Mom. We have always been treated so well each time we have been to the store. Thank you for the great service!

I recently took some of the jewelry that was my moms to Raskins for resizing and reconfiguration. I knew nothing about the jewelers in town but they had good reviews so I decided I would go to them. Everyone there was VERY patient with me and kind. I had them reset a diamond in a pendant and another one on a setting which I purchased from them. I couldnt be happier with both items and love being able to wear something that was my moms. They were also very understanding about my sentimental attachment to the stones and my desire to set them in a way that I would wear them often and not just put them away in a drawer. I have more jewelry with smaller diamonds that I need to consolidate into a bracelet and I will return to Raskins without hesitation!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Advertises that it does appraisals. However, does NOT disclose that appraisals for insurance purposes are not done. The clerks tone of voice about insurance appraisals was very condescending.

I took a number of estate pieces of jewelry to Raskin's Jewelers. I am very familiar with the jewelry industry. I found Jim and James (owners) to be fair and honest in their appraisal of the jewelry. The percentage split was also very fair. The jewelry was very nicely displayed and I sold several pieces over the holidays.In an industry, that is not always fair and honest with the customer, it was most refreshing to do business with them. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs. I wish them great success in Yavapai county.

My dad loved his jewelry, Sadly after he passed the Stone fell from his favorite ring, this was devastating to me because this was a precious pice of family heritage. The ring originally was my grandmother's and she had a capital C followed by a diamond to represent her name, oddly enough it also resembled a cursive J. My dad loved and treasured it, it was his "signante piece" he would tell me of the millions of adventures and stories the ring had traveled with him through. So in no small way did I not feel terrible that I had lost the stone, by the grace of God I still had the band and the determination to amend my mistake. Through many attempts and four jewlers I found a quality and masterful jeweler to take on my project. I Decided to have the Ring restored with a J for the heritage and pride I have to be a Jackson and to replace the diamond and onyx stones just as it was before. I had engraved on the side of the ring "miss you pops" because I overwhelming do miss him everyday.. The things our loved ones cherish become so special in the Absence. I HOPE THAT I HAVE MADE HIM PROUD in some small way by cherishing and caring for it as he did and my grandma before him. He raised me to fix the issue and to try to leave things nicer then when you found them. It may be silly to be so sentimental and emotional for a ring, but as a Jackson my dad taught me to be profoundly thoughtfull and to find deep appreciation and meaning in life. For that I will always be grateful. I'd like to show my appreciation to Raskin Jewlers of prescott Arizona for the time and care they have shown for the project, the ease of design, for making the extra effort to reject initial designs and work to make this perfect for me. Also I might add at a very fair price. Good people all around and it meant so much to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. In loving memory to Gale Jackson
