Good old fashion honest service! My feeling working with Rich and Brenda is that you can count on them to look out for what is best for you. They were very fast, reasonable, and even took photos of the work they did. Highly recommended! 3/21/2024: Now have hired Prescott Air for the third time over the past six years and feel more confident in my first impression of their great work ethic and sincerity to help. Our intermittent problem was a challenge to diagnose but Rich did it quickly. Instead of simply swapping out expensive parts until the problem went away (like most HVAC guys would do), he methodically tested each part until he found the culprit...saving us a lot of money. He was also on time and communicated well.

Leo & Brenda are the Best !!!! We were freezing when our home heating unit went out. My wife and I called Prescott Air & Heating. Leo diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed to get my heating system working again. Leo & Brenda are very honest and fare and never try to upsell their customers. Rich and Brenda returned calls, arrived on time and professionally repaired our 33 year old gas furnace in an hour's time. They had a replacement part that was hard to get, installed it promptly and tested it to make sure it was working properly! They are friendly, professional and very helpful! Highly recommend them! I researched and choose this company because of the experience and the reviews on yelp. Another company we received a quote from years ago was going to change us for things we did not need. The estimate was in the thousands and when a friend came to our rescue, he charged us $40 and a steak dinner. That fix lasted over five years. He moved out of state and we didnt know what to do. I felt so comfortable calling Prescott Air Conditioning & heating. They had a cancellation and I didnt know what to expect. I have to tell you, being in a wheelchair and being home all day, there were days these last few weeks that I was just suffering in the afternoon. The A/C just needed a dollar fuse. We have an old unit and they gave us several options for the future. We have A/C now and they bought us time to budget the repairs that we may need for the future. Brenda was so friendly and helpful. I am recommending them to my friends and family. They are honest people whom are trying to help people. If you need any of their services, call them, so glad we did.
