Dorn Homes

I am a contractor who decided to try and purchase a turn-key family home (Dorn Homes), instead of building myself. This decision was one of the worst real estate moves I ever made. The list was a mile long of very poor workmanship. One word to describe: "CHEAP."

DO NOT BUY A DORN HOME!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Dorn Homes. Their failure to uphold their warranty guarantee is beyond frustrating. We've had ongoing issues with our house for over two years now, and they have consistently let us down. The most concerning problem is our malfunctioning AC system that has made our house unlivable at times. As if this wasn't bad enough, I am currently pregnant and they had the audacity to keep us in a house that reached a scorching 88 degrees for over three weeks during the summer. Dorn Homes' lack of accountability and disregard for their customers' well-being is truly disheartening. It's unbelievable that a company would leave a pregnant woman and her family to suffer in such extreme conditions. The fact that they have let these issues persist for such an extended period reflects their poor commitment to quality and customer service. I would strongly advise against considering Dorn Homes for anyone in need of a reliable and livable living space. This has been a nightmare that no one should have to endure.
